J-League week 1 update

The final two matches of the opening week of the J-League season concluded Sunday with Kyoto Purple Sanga defeating Vissel Kobe on defender Daigo Watanabe’s goal eight minutes before the half and Omiya Ardija and Shimizu S-Pulse playing to a scoreless draw.
